I didn’t exactly capture an act of kindness for my assignment today, but I did capture a result. I’ve been wanting to make Swedish Apple Pie, but haven’t had a chance. So my mother asked me to bring some of my apples to her today and she made the pie. While watching my son. And cooking us dinner (chicken pot pie, my fave). It was delicious. She is the best!
